Here are the key conditions of post-prison supervision according to ORS 144.102:
Basic (but not all) conditions include:
- Comply with supervision conditions
- Be under Department of Corrections supervision
- Answer all reasonable inquiries
- Report to parole officer as directed
- No weapons possession
- Obey all laws
Special conditions may apply for specific offenses:
- Sex offenders must comply with additional restrictions regarding contact with minors, residence limitations, treatment programs, and monitoring requirements
- Stalking offenders may have residency restrictions
Financial obligations may include:
- Payment of compensatory fines, restitution, and attorney fees as ordered by the court
Residency requirements include:
- Unless otherwise authorized, must reside first 6 months in the last county of supervision (if previously supervised)
- Otherwise, must reside in the county where the offense occurred
