If the Court appoints me to represent you, I will serve as your attorney throughout the life of the case, unless a legal conflict or other unforeseen issue requires me to withdraw.
For private (retained) cases, my continued representation depends on meeting the terms of our fee agreement. If payments are not made as agreed, I may be required to seek the Court’s permission to withdraw, consistent with my legal and ethical responsibilities.
In contingency fee cases, I will represent you through the resolution of your case unless a legal conflict or other issue requires me to withdraw. If that happens, I will follow all court rules and ethical obligations and will communicate openly with you throughout.
